      They couldn’t close the border when nationalists/loyalists/security forces were shooting and blowing each other up for decades, I don’t think they’ll manage it now.

      im confused, the sudanese guy was granted asylum in the north, its not like he sneaked in and was illegal, they knew all about him, if he travelled from paris to london or direct to belfast im sure the result would have been the same, he just happened to go via dublin, whats the difference on where u present to the uk for asylum applications?

      I’d like to hack the north off like a hunk of cheese. North-west flows would bring them to Brigadoon and they’d surely be happy there. We can then 3d print a new north of Ireland and replace.

      do the irish gov have questions to answer as to how he just seemed to waltz through irish customs, not declare asylum in eire but hop on a bus to the north and declare it there, i thought at least he might be held in dublin and asked questions as to what he is up to, the system seems to be full of loop holes anyway, it badly needs a major overhaul

      Well keeping Loyalist terrorists out works for us, but everyone else would be stuck with those terrorist wankers. Perhaps the DUP need to condemn this terrorist pogrom instead. Northern Ireland has feck all immigration and it’s absurd to pretend that we don’t have white people born their who haven’t done horrible crimes. This entire notion of collective responsibility for immigrants or people of colour is simply racists and the calls for ethnic cleansing is incitement to violence and nothing more

      If one of Tommy’s tens names, names was Abdul he would have been locked up under terrorism charges years ago.

      -disband loyalist groups (that were supposed to have been disbanded in the gfa)

      -investigate all politicians relationships with said groups

      -remove all foreign funding from UK and Irish political parties and politcians

      -properly investigate all astroturfed far shite groups that operate on social media. Some of these groups are raking in cash from views, from advertising and from shadowy financers and for tax reasons alone they could. Some of these groups are ran out of India, Costa Rica etc and staffed and funded by god knows who.

      -a proper state level inquiry into social media’s political influence in particular on young people needs to be conducted. Socials always promote division as it sells clicks and are all quite partisan on some issues (their owners all love Israel for example)
