I will get downvoted for this, but if it weren’t for the Sovietization of Armenia, I don’t think we would be around today.

Why would any self-respecting Armenian write such a thing?
Russians played a major role in this in favor of Turks. It wasnt for the the Arms supplied by the Russians Mustafa Kemal Ataturk wouldn’t have attacked.

The more accurate one would be Armenia ceased as a statehood (just like other states) in the face of Turkish conquests, while the Soviets, were on their way to colonize and occupy the whole Caucasus.
