This is a bit the feeling I’ve had from the beginning. Between giving his equipment and then saying that his army is no longer capable, the delays. I have the feeling that all this time he has been avoiding going to war because his country does not have the human or material means. I also think he is afraid of a revolt from part of his army. Finally, he has no interest in going into this war. His plan remains simply to stay in power for as long as possible.
Because his position is probably a lot more precarious than Putin’s.
Lukashenko is a puppet of putin. His comments will have severe consequences. The next time we hear about him will likely be when he accidentally falls out of a window.

When he spoke about the war during the early days he seemed to be somewhat enthusiastic about the Russian meatgrinder. It seems that he has come to the realization that Ukraine is also pretty good at grinding meat
