What bothers me is how they can make lab grown meat without a lot of antibiotics.
The Dodo is extinct because it was easy to catch so it was an easy source of protein.
It tasted horrible. Giant tortoise’s fat tasted amazing, however, and they could also be catched and kept in a ships Cargo. They tasted so amazing that they made dodo meat palatable.
