Just look at the sender, clearly a scam. And yes, I know that spoofing an email adress is possible, but usually these low level scams don‘t bother and don‘t have the resources for this.
Serafe doesn’t have a customer portal, and are not supposed to know your e-mail address.
Serafe itself is a scam
Serafe does indeed send invoices by email from rechnung@serafe.ch. but they have a digital signature.
