This shows just how little the Russians give a shit about training their troops.
The past 2 years, nobody moves on the front without at least being detected, people are wearing camo nets, moving to the front in tiny groups, and staging in underground shelters.
Meanwhile they still have units allowing guys to literally shout from rooftops in broad daylight with a giant flag for all drones to see.
