Es gibt einige Markierungen an der Wand. Ich habe eine Versicherung, also denke ich, dass sie hier helfen könnten, aber ich frage mich, ob ich das Problem mit einem bestimmten Produkt vor Ort beheben kann? Ich denke, ein Neuanstrich könnte übertrieben sein. Danke für die Hilfe!!

If i google that problem with two simple words i get fitting products right from a local hardware store
Usual wear and tear. Try if you can wipe it with a light damp cloth or get an eraser thingymathong.
Just leave it. Had a really good handover with my landlord. She also said to leave damages and not try to fix for ypurself. Mostly a DIY Job is worse than the actual damage and cost more to repair afterwards.
Mostly they anyway dont charge you for normaö wear and tear and they would paint it anyway. And when the/ charge something then you can give the bill to your insurance.

Paint has 8 years of lifetime. If the paint is older than that you don’t have to do anything.
