    1. Would somebody miss out on anything if he bought now? That’s the real question lol.

      Damn. Its time to buy.

50k is really sweet spot. It tickle Michael saylor for sure

    3. This really makes crypto look terrible lmao. If you had invested in an S&P500 ETF instead during that same timeframe you would be in great profits today, and if you invested in NVIDIA, MU, or Google stocks you would be in 1000%, 900%, and 190% profit today, respectively.

I would call it comedy gold except gold is a store of value

Meanwhile, if you bought gold or just plain stock index funds in 2021 you’d be way up.

    5. I think the moment the Iran war settles, there will be a nice bump for starters. And of course, big institutions will want to front-run another BTC halving next year. Add to that the fact that, by then, the AI stock frenzy will most likely have settled, along with most IPO hype so after all that I think lot of institutional money will be looking for another ride on the BTC halving narrative.

Is now the right time to buy .. what your GUT tells you along with DATA/CHARTS and you have your answer.

I mean, if you sold at 126k last year you would be at a good profit as well, so…

    7. Could argue time value of money, increase in stock markers, interest rates etc….

    8. i’m having second guesses now, maybe i should dump my grandma’s pension monies into etf and stock instead

    9. Guess what. If you bought and held crypto 5 years ago, you would still have the same amount of crypto today.

That’s why FOMO will never make sense. But hodling forever seems nonsensical to me as well.

And it kept going lower until 2022. SOL was like 9 bucks and BTC hit 15ish.

2021 top, sell. 2026, current bottom. Idiots that think like the post here are how the rest of us make money. Your lack of understanding is my profit.

    13. That’s on pattern though right? The bottom of the current cycle is the top of the last one. So four years from now the new bottom should be 150,000

    14. Except five years of staking gains of your invested in any of those three but bitcoin

Op is regarded and needs therapy asap.

This assumes you went all in on cycle top for some reason. Bitcoin spent like 2 hours around that price. Also assumes you didn’t take any profits last year. Bitcoin still outperformed s&p500 in 5 and 10 year frames despite the recent crash.

bitcoin up 76% last 5 years

      s&p500 up 73% last 5 years

my stock portfolio is twice as large as my btc position but this post is just horse crap.

    16. You’re better off investing in stocks or gold/silver.
At least in stocks, you get dividends and stable growth.

Crypto no longer has good gains unless you were the early investor from 2016 or 2018 and it is an extremely unpredictable market.

    17. I kinda firmly believe that BTC wouldn’t look this bad, if Trump wasn’t the Potus.

    18. Highly disagree.
I entered crypto after 2021 and wish I would enter during ath of 2021, the sonner the better.
If you are like me who simply DCA for long terms so we would have much more coins than we have now and in the future it will be worth it.
If you are a trader so it is a different story.

If you didn’t sell, you missed out on nothing and yet you missed out on heaps of money.

    20. VTI opened at $193 on the first day of trading in 2021. It’s currently at $362.

    21. But if you bought 4.5 years ago and sold today you would be up ~280%.
These posts are as useful as a chocolate teapot

…except the supply is higher along with the number of shady corrupt actors

I don’t get these posts… ALL week we have seen shit like this.
Are we all gonna just act like it’s been a straight line for 5 years?

    24. Except for now we are going down. 5 years ago we were going up. If you lose it because you failed to book profit
