That 350g is mostly rice which is very cheap
Was it any good in the end taste wise?
Lidl has something similar for around the same price.
Yea i eat them a lot. I doubt its healthy but i dont know how bad. Its tastes decent tho
350g is a ridiculously small portion imo.
Won’t trust any Asian food from Migro. Even had their hot cooked Asian food – bad…
Trust me, I’m from SEAsia.
Cheap ingredients, small portion. Just a normal price
No, it’s normal priced. But everything else is overpriced.
Its one of their cheap options, its pretty good if you ask me.
I always add some chili so it hurts nicely.
That was M-Budget before the rebranding.
> cooked fragrant rice 45%, water, chicken product 15% (chicken breast, rapeseed oil, water, table salt, corn starch, glucose),
So it’s like 40 grams of chicken lmao
It’s for competing against aldi and lidl that also have such cheap asian microwave dishes.
They will probably increase the price once the rebranding is well adopted
Probably almost no meat, too.
The „Migros“ Brand was either M Classic or M Budget before they changed branding. Price seems legit
I guess the chickens pay the high price with the circumstances to live during their short life…
i wouldnt eat that even for free
It is delicious too!!! I live of these things. The bolognese, mah meh and hörli with ghacktes are pretty good too. But the thai curry is the best one. Prix garantie has the nasi goreng rice which is very good as well and super cheap.
Its mbudget but without the obvious cheap ass branding we are used to. You now think its a nice brand cause packaging feels premium and then think you got it for a bargain.. eventually lots of people fall for it and they even get to sell it for more
Waaaaaay to cheap for a meal with meat
And there are no additives in these, compared to the Carbonara and others! Sure it might not be the healthiest meal ever but it’s nice to know there aren’t dangerous additives in it
Not sure if you should eat this
Lmao I had the exact same thought when I saw this the first time and was impressed by the yuka score. FYI there are 2-3 similar versions at a similar price.
I buy then from time to time, the price is amazing but yes it’s a small portion. But price/value is incredible.
There are some prix and some lidl versions too that I know of and all are similar priced.
The quality can’t be good for that price but occasionally for a quick cheap meal why not
I cook it myself.
This one is better than the coop one.
Look up the ingredients. The chicken product is only 15% of the pouch. It’s not even real chicken, they call it chicken product. It is chicken breast diluted with rapeseed oil, water, corn starch and glucose. You are not eating chicken. They’ve also snuck in milk protein just so your brain sees a decent macro value and keeps quiet. The animal that was processed for this received a score of 2 out of 5 for animal welfare in Migros’ own rating system.
That wasn’t a happy chicken, that’s for sure.
Coop has a similarly priced one
the coop one tastes better, and it’s pretty much the same price
Disgusting xD
