If it doesn’t play cringy low quality sounds constantly. Go for it. Your desk your rules.
Anything beyond that is how your individual office culture / climate is.
You want it, you bring it. If someone reasonably asks you to *please* remove it. Be considerate and do so, not worth the hassle.

you do you. just maybe keep the sound stuff off most of the time. if i were to see that at a desk i would think my part and move on but if it makes noise constantly i would ask you kindly that you stop that.
You can certainly have it on your desk. But maybe switched off most of the time, otherwise it is likely to start seriously irritating people.

Why does a dancing cactus need a recording function („Aufzeichnungsfunktion“)? Needless to say, you are not allowed to record your workplace without permission.

The design is fine, the dancing too. But anything with sound while I’m trying to work or relax on my break would instill in me the urge to break it. Maybe over your head. Repeatedly. /jk
There is a reason I’m working from home 🙂. Can’t even concentrate with radio or so in the background.
