The feds need to make some changes , but this eeyore needs to stop playing political optics and take care of the part his province plays in the countrys problems.

I don’t disagree with his take, but I don’t think provincial premiers should be weighing in on Federal jurisdiction. Let the MPs sort that out, Eby has enough provincial issues to attend to in BC anyway…

The fact that he is describing the result as the person ‚essentially walking free‘ shows exactly how little he knows about the system. People released by the review board after killing someone are essentially monitored for the rest of their lives. If they breach their conditions their discharge is revoked.
