      Could be they voted yes to create sympathy with the democrats but knowing their supreme leader would veto it according to plan.

      Whats more relevant is the democrat voting against it.

      I don’t like the headline. First of all, most Republicans did not defy trump. Secondly, the aid was not sent. The bill only passed the House of Representatives, so it still has to be passed by the Senate and signed by trump. If trump vetoes it, Congress will have to override the veto, which is a tough thing to do.

      It is all theater and we believe it is real
      Now I am entirely too lazy to go check, but I would wager the 18 who voted like that are up for re-election and this helps them gain votes to remain in power. Trump is many things, but he understands you sometimes have to do what you have to do. He will forgive them after the elections are over.
