Only about 15% of voters in LA are Republicans. Given the encouragement from the President, almost every last supporter probably voted early or on Primary Day itself. Between these two facts alone, I would be surprised if he received any mail-in votes at all.

In Texas, our vote percentages for each candidate stay exactly the same from as little as 30% reporting to 100% reporting. Example: Candidate 1 is at 62% and Candidate 2 is at 38%. Statistically impossible. Just so you know you are not alone.
