How about the US government and/or the officers who defended the Capitol on Jan 6 sue the fund/its beneficiaries for damages they did on that day, to people and property?

Wisconsin can take it further and find out how much money Trump and his family make in their state. Then charge them all 100% on those monies.

Honestly, it doesn’t matter what they propose to tax these proposed payouts. There will never be a single dollar of that 1.7bil ever paid out. And then one that account will magically be empty or dissolved. With no accountability for where it went.

While funny, the agreement essentially states once the money is put in the account the US has no jurisdiction over it and if trump pockets its all then there’s no repercussions l, so he’s just gonna take all of it.

What this does is highlights that Trump will not pay out his accomplices and indeed never intended to. A pardon costs him nothing, but he ain’t giving out any money.
