If I bring up this being on Japanese news and about sexual assault, people are gonna flame me again.
Cue the tiring „Those damn foreigners!“ comment.
Now was this the guy that they got a warning, saying he was a known child abuser, or is this a different guy?
If people here who can understand the terms such as per capita/as a proportion of population/per 100000 people of that nationality (many can’t im just prompting you to double check).
If you tallied up all the violent crimes or thefts you would find some nations foreign nationals as having a much higher percentage of those people committing those crimes per 100k of that nations people in Japan.
If you tallied up the sexual crimes like this or peadophile or sexual adjecent crimes etc you would find a much higher percentage amongst the native Japanese per 100k people here.
(PS: panty theft in this case also counts as a sexual crime not the usual theft)
