It’s almost like dumb fucking republicans are realizing they are lied to pretty regularly or something

    2. Don’t be baffled. Fox hires actors. Fox is too lazy to hire a different actor, so they found a mask. It’s easy. Or he doesn’t want his real face *seen so he won’t be recognized as an actor.

    3. This YouTuber who does videos debunking stuff was saying it wasn’t actually a mask.

He was in a mobile filming unit and likely had a light right below him to make his face brighter. That would have both erased his wrinkles on film due to the direct brightness and cast a shadow on his neck.

Why doesn’t the fella do another segment and show it’s who he is or isn’t?

    5. My main takeaway here is: Why is Fox News allowed to brand themselves as „Fox News“? If it’s not legally a news channel, then their branding is misleading. Infotainment is not journalism. Just call it Fox. It probably won’t change much in terms of the demographics in their viewership, but at least there will be a modicum of honesty about what they are doing.

The lighting crew screws up and everyone breaks into hysterical conspiracy theories. Maybe he’s a lizard person, too.

    7. This again? It’s a goddamn shadow. Stop posting this conspiracy theory garbage.

    8. A lot of these guys hide their identities from the public out of fear of retribution from terrorist organizations.

For instance Matt Bissonnette who penned no easy day under an alias Mark Owen. He has been interviewed on camera in disguise.

The movie Act of valor had real navy seals in the movie but none of their names were published with the exception of Rorke Denver.

It’s not really unusual even though it’s kinda unusual

This has been very debunked. It’s a shadow cast over his neck from a light below him.

This conspiracy is very dumb. If that were a mask it is the best mask that has ever been filmed. Ever. Masks not even encroaching on this quality are a five-figure investment. Adding in the tech to produce the guy’s voice and we’re probably looking at $100k or more invested into this.

So let’s say Fox did that. They put in all that effort and then put some guy with a very small head in that mask and in front of a camera and couldn’t be bothered to do SOMETHING about the plainly visible bottom of the mask? Nobody had a turtleneck? No adhesives left over? Absolutely insane premise. All to puppet this guy saying some shit he would totally say. Oh. And then he doesn’t have any concern about his likeness being used this way. Right.

It’s just an optical illusion. A more credible conspiracy theory is that Fox produced the optical illusion on purpose to make people that call it out as a mask sound foolish.

The money point is the biggest. How much would fox be willing to spend on this? Theres no shortage of these guys.

Hmm… so, their guests are now as fake as their news stories. This tracks.

I mean fuck Fox but hasn’t it been settled that this is a real, albeit weird looking, dude?

I love the idea that he just woke up the next day to everyone saying that he was an alien wearing a mask and he had no idea what the fuck people were talking about, like his entire career destroyed because of a random lighting problem
