I never did figure out why exactly.

I think it was testing weapons for use on other countries that got out of hand, perhaps infiltrated.

Development, its evil, but they thought the Communists were doing everything and anything back then so they had to do it first, so I understand that.

The leaking or spreading of Lyme diseased ticks as a weapons vector on your own soils signals subterfuge, incompetence, treason, or infiltration.

It seems to me that since everyone knows they come from North America, created or not, the assumption of innocence given an attack on other countries is gone.

This sounds like the biggest mess up in history, an own goal, or successful subterfuge possibly by a double agent.

    2. There is a push to move away from meat in our diets. Lone-Star ticks can cause the development of an allergy to red meat. Coincidence? Maybe, who knows but does fit for a conspiracy theory.

Cuz our leaders aren’t human and they call us humans “useless eaters”. They seem to always admit their wrongdoings tho cuz I bet they understand the concept of “karma”

Lyme disease was first discovered in Lyme, Connecticut which just happens to be across the Long Island sound from Paris Island, an old bio weapons facility. Just sayin

    6. I grew up out in the country, 30-40 years ago. We would regularly check for ticks every night after we got washed up. We would pick ticks of my dogs the size of quarters – jelly bean ticks – and smash them with hammers.

Maybe ticks are starting to become more prevalent in the cities, but we’ve been dealing with these assholes in Kentucky since before I was born.

The conspiracy is the media hyping ticks up so everyone gets the new vaccine. I’m interested in it but the current circus is making me want to hold off for a while. Got Lyme for the first time in 2012 in CNY. I don’t believe there has been some dramatic uptick in cases this year outside of the same trajectory it’s been on for the last 20+ years.

In my country, some ticks started make people morbitaly sick when they bite 20 years ago. My grandpa says “ Back in the days ticks did not make people sick. We did remove them from animals skin with bare hands.“ Its like ticks was not harmful 20 years ago, then suddenly became dangerous.

I’m in my 30s, I live in Quebec past latitude 46.8 north, I’ve never seen a fucking tick in my whole life and I’ve spent lot of time in the wilderness , I saw two in early may, inside my camp of all places.

If governments are actually spreading bugs with diseases we have to hold them accountable because that would make them litteraly ennemies of the people

Worth mentioning, they seem to be moving quicker than I remember. Some of them can dash. I’m in Scotland, but hey, who knows the extent of this if it is something concerted. If they’ve been tampered with, they may display some new qualities. Wish I knew more about ticks now…

My dogs can come back from a walk with like twenty ticks a piece at the moment. They are off the lead mostly, and I’ve had two ticks on my leg in the last 3 days. I’m really considering where to walk them now, as it’s crazy how many they get.

I live in the country and the bugs in general are a lot more prevailent this year then the last 2 Springs. I had to start my dogs tick treatment early this year.

Long Lyme has devastated many lives, left undetected it really takes it toll.

    13. For me this closed the case:

A week ago, on a road trip (the only time I would listen to NPR radio) the chirpy little guys and gals did a special report on WHY there’s so many ticks this year! Just so we can feel good about it, they ’splained that because of dry grass, humidity, „weather patterns“ – (but NOT climate change, no worries there!“)- normal „weather patterns“! and here’s steps you can take to avoid the ticks burrowing: take a shower, change clothes! and when you take a dump, check your hidden parts ha ha! No biggie.

„Because you don’t want to get Lyme disease, (garbled) disease, or Alpha-gal syndrome.

So watch out for those pesky ticks, this year they are in areas that never had them before!
      Because weather patterns.

My point: When you hear NPR being cute and smiling, not mentioning but cheerfully, passively debunking a conspiracy that’s barely even talked about, you know it’s real.

Ticks are, and have always been, a constant threat. We check ourselves, our clothes, and shower after being outside whenever we’re deep in the bush. Don’t let it scare or deter you from nature though , and get some chickens and guinea hens if you’ve got the capacity. We have several guineas. Ticks are non existent at our house. We live in the forest, mountainside, upstate NY

Yes. I guarantee these ticks are CIA.

They are SATANIC AS FUCK IN REAL LIFE.

    16. Silver_Star_Eagles on

The exponential growth of tick population is directly correlated to geoengineering. They spray nano sized aluminum when conducting solar radiation management (SRM) and these particulates fall down to the ground and contaminate the soil. Aluminum hinders the growth of the beneficial nematode population which eat ticks. It’s all starting in the sky.

    17. Bruh this is the one conspiracy theory I hold where any time I voice it on this site it gets absolutely downvoted to oblivion.

      Which I find mighty sus.

Also, Erich Traub and his research isn’t exactly a conspiracy theory.

It’s not like the fed hasn’t been caught red handed doing shit like this to people before either.

It’s 100% real and it bothers me more than anything else probably.

Idk but it makes me sad. I got Lyme disease a few years ago and life has been shitty. It’s getting better but my health was questionable for a while. Not sure if these new lone star generated tick things can also carry Lyme and if they are but either way it just sucks and makes me sad for everyone. Also because I love the wilderness and am constantly in brushes lol

    19. psychonautette on

I will also say I’m glad Lyme is finally getting the spotlight it has desperately needed for years. Maybe we are closer to getting treatment that the government will start paying for <3 maybe. Or the research to fund treatment and diagnosis.

    20. I think „they“ don’t want us outside. Every spring I get the urge to fish, and I have been everyday. I was at the beach yesterday, and did yardwork all day today. No ticks. There has definitely been an uptick 🥸 in conversations about ticks lately though.

I actually heard on a local radio station today (central canada) the deejays were talking about there being an active push to get us away from eating so much beef, which is a problem because somehow all farming suffers once you cut out beef cattle farming (i didn’t catch their reasoning why).

Anyway idk. It makes no difference to me, because for the last 3 years I just don’t like beef anymore. I wasn’t bitten by a tick but sometimes I wonder if maybe I was, or why I’m like this, I can’t even stomach a hamburger anymore. Ground beef, tacos, even steak, I used to love steak but now its just gross to me. Really weird.
