Um es kurz zu machen: Irgendein Arschloch hat diesen Karpfen in einen zu flachen Teich geworfen, in dem es keine anderen Fische gab. Muss gerettet werden.
Es ist in Bascharage, falls das hilft.

It’s nice that you care about the carp, but like someone already mentioned, they are very robust animals. I would say that the Commune or ANF won’t see it as an emergency and since it’s a long weekend, they will most likely not be in the office. I would suggest to get in contact with them on Tuesday so that they can take care of it.

Not to sound condescending, but couldn’t you have googled that information or ask your commune? Probably quicker and much safer than asking on Reddit of all places
Carp are invasive species that cause a lot of problems. The nicest thing you can do for the whole ecology is to kill the carp.
Or just make dinner out of it I don’t think they taste very good but some people like them.
I just confirmed it’s illegal to remove a fish from one water way to put it into another.
And unless you’re a vegan, this is a bit too much. All this effort for fish?
