Bruce Springsteen made it clear during his three-hour-long Brooklyn concert last week that it would be part of the anti-Trump resistance.
During the set, Springsteen told the audience: “The E Street Band in celebration and defense of the American ideals and values that have sustained our country for 250 years. We call upon the righteous power of art, of music, of rock’n’roll in these dangerous times.”
He continued, “Our democracy, our constitution, our rule of law are being challenged *right now* as never before by a reckless, racist, incompetent, treasonous president and his ship of fools administration. So tonight we ask all of you to join with us in hope over fear, democracy over authoritarianism, the rule of law over lawlessness, ethics over unbridled corruption, resistance over complacency, truth over lies, unity over division and peace over war.”

I just think everyone should ignore him unless they really need to talk about him, but even then just refer to him as “the current president”.
He’d go absolutely insane.

Bruce Springsteen is a model for how to get your name in headlines when no one cares about you otherwise.

After 10 years, forgive me for being pessimistic that geriatric pop stars will spearhead the resistance

Politicians and regular citizens can easily resist Trump, too. It’s called being a good person.

Tom Morello does it best though.

When he goes on tour, does he use climate friendly transportation? Just curious
