      Well, it has almost 34 ares…

      Last time i checked a project for a house in Moutfort that has a total of 3.3 ares, the land alone cost 504k, just to give you a comparison

      33 ares. If it is half well located, it would be crazy to ask for less. It even feels the demolition of that thing is already priced in. You just need to turn the cannons 180 degrees and booooom.
      Agency was smart and worded the ad not to hurt their customers feelings.

      The interior is awful but I cant believe theres isnt a photo from the top of the crenalated ramparts.

      Wowwawiiiwa 😆 this should be preserved and used as study case for interior design  courses.

      I might be in the minority but I think this looks better than the minimalistic shoebox houses which are the only ones being built recently.
