      We wouldn’t. History has shown taht with Trump, what he does today does not meaning a week from now. This most likely is just some already decided troop swap or something. Who knows, Trump included.

      We havent. Ever. Since Obama our view and trust of the US has been reduced to whats considered a legal obligation, and whats not. And even then its a tossup lol.

      The question is flawed!
      Why would anyone trust the US again?
      The reality is that the US ie. Bill Clinton convinced Ukraine to give up their nuclear weapons for a guaranteed of US protection! The US is unreliable and a total shit house of mafiosa profit driven international abusers.
