Ukrainian drone?
That’s a bit odd. It started as balcony fire and not even on top floor. I wonder how the fire spread to the roof; is there a cladding similar to Grenfell Towers fire which allow fire to spread vertically?

Yeah the fire has a open space to climb up between the brick outside wall and the insulation
Most probably some idiot grilling on the balcony. Same thing happens every year.
Oh god that looks bad. I used to live round the corner and liked the look and the location of that building
