Russian AD continues to write its own memes. Quite a few Tor and Pantsir caught with their pants down in this video.

This is getting pretty intense at this point. I did a count of all the videos from May with hit Russian AA launchers (not counting radars) yesterday. I counted 21, with this video it’s an additional 14. So based on video evidence, from my count Ukraine has hit roughly 35 Russian AA launchers in May alone.

Wow, just the other day I was wondering why the long range strikes on SAM systems have been a been less frequent lately and then they drop a video destroying what looks like a dozen of them.

lots of high value SAM and RADARs going up in smoke here.

That start showing IL-76s look juicy, hopefully we see more of them being hit later. Quite a few decent hits on AA, a lot of them also hitting anti-drone netting, hard to tell how much damage that would have caused. Seems like these night-time attacks just have no answer from the Russian side, unless this is a survivorship bias in action.
I wonder if the Ukrainians are working on improving the level of side-slip on these drones, seems like they miss a little bit at the end due to too much yaw.

Ukraine has been wrecking Russian AD for the last few months, and i keep wondering what changed compared to before. The only thing i can think of is the AWACS plane they got from Sweden. Maybe it has a radar detection capabilities (SIGINT) considering it’s a radar itself. Although SIGINT planes are usually distinct from AWACS. Maybe SIGINT satellites? Maybe the only thing that’s changed is the drones that Ukraine has now. Although they had drones before this. But they do have a lot more of them now.
