Redeveloping the city the way Oh envisions it will NOT make Seoul a more competitive city. He envisions a city completely devoid of soul, replaced with copy-pasted gated apartment complexes everywhere. Cities like New York, London, Tokyo, Paris that are at the top of this ranking he’s thinking of are great partly because they are eclectic, culturally rich, and vibrant at street level. Sanitizing an entire city to benefit your developer friends is not it, chief. Vote this dumb fuck out.
