      Trump and the White House said it’s $1.8 billion. If you look at the document upon which Trump’s illegal scheme is written, however, *there isn’t any limit* on how much money Trump can steal from us and give to *traitors who tried to overthrow our country*.       So is he giving Antifa money? I was under the impression it was Antifa that stormed the capitol but also it was true patriots that got arrested for storming the capitol who were sent surreptitiously by the Biden administration to make conservatives look bad.

      Why can I be audited when I’m just scraping by, but our “billionaire” President cannot? I thought we were all equal citizens under the law.
      Also, why didn’t the Dems let the IRS nail his ass when they were in power? Stupid question…I know why. Dems are more afraid of looking like they did something wrong than they are of neglecting to do something that is right. The right will accuse them of malfeasance anyway. Why not make it worth it?

      The daily beast never fails to give me a glimer of hope at the headline until I see that it’s from the daily beast and thus is most likely sensationalized click bait.

      Their click bait is top notch but never the hope the headlines pretend to be. This is why I dislike them.

      It’s also unconstitutional, the 14th amendment, section 4. The US government can not give payments to people convicted of seditious acts against the US.

      Notice how even Daily Beast rounds the number to 1.8 Billion rather than 1776 Million.

      People are very uncomfortable accurately reporting the fact that the fund handing money to January 6 insurrectionists is explicitly structured as a reference to a revolution. We aren’t nearly reacting enough to this.

      No it didn’t. It’s just one more thing used to distract from the actual theft. The only thing MAGA cared about was the Epstien files, and now there is a chance that Trump has distracted them long enough they no longer remember. Now Trump just needs to keep blaming liberals for gas prices.

      We have a problem making millionaires out of undeserving people at the taxpayers’ expense, while $40T in debt. Covid was far worse but this isn’t much better. And I’ve been a Trump supporter now saying this. Iran is already gonna cause pressure in the midterms but this would send Republicans’ prospects into the dumpster.

      That second number is the average American annual salary from 2025. If this theft of your money goes through as planned, the minute that $1,776,000,000.00 (of your money) is handed over to the 5-person committee appointed by Trump’s AG and serving at his pleasure, the US government has no control on it and there is no enforceable means of accountability or even visibility as to what becomes of it no matter who the next President is.

      The $1.8 billion is just a number thrown out. The actual bill has no number, so it’s likely bottomless. Go watch the Legal Eagle video about it. He’s so freaking angry about it.
