Forever? Or at least a few months. Don’t throw away the liquid they come in and store them in the refrigerator. Sometimes the liquid creates a layer, but it’s not harmful.

I’ve seen pickled garlic with “Best Buy” date. My mom has pickled garlic older than me!! It won’t go bad

Concerned about the e numbers hope the ones i eat dont have that much if any at all.

When a date says „best before“ instead of „use by,“ it’s often a guideline. If you store the food in a cool, dry place away from sunlight (conditions that prevent fermentation), it can easily last for months or even years beyond the date on the label.
