No surprise at all. One of the biggest complaints about Canada’s growers is Peter Giorgi (owns Giorgi foods – USA mushroom growers), and he has money invested into american elections.
Opensecrets and campaignmoney both have records of tens of thousands of dollars in „donations“, so I’m just going to file this under: follow the money, that’s where the corruption is.
Canada should sue.
