Insbesondere der Teil mit den zwei Eimern: Ich habe keine ausgefallene Brauausrüstung, sondern nur Töpfe und Wasserkocher. Aber ich habe zwei Plastikeimer. Das sollte also funktionieren, ja?

Yeah that would work fine. Just take care of hygiene.
Just make sure you wash and sanitize them thoroughly
Check also the recipes and the recommendation by Mika Laitinen.
He’s a true sahti and farmhouse beer expert and researcher.
