A six year old called Henrik. And here i am imagining a 60 year old trucker with a mustache.

Funny how names circle round like that.

The boy just needs to find a drakkar , and he’ll be ready to tour Europe with a bunch of friends.

    3. Oh, these young guys still likes exploring. I found dead rat on school trip at about the same age once.

    4. I’m currently reading about the viking age. You can see the sword looks sort of flimsy. It was supposed to be able to bend. Apparently, Frankish swords were of the highest quality, and often imported to Scandinavia. You could bend the swords from the tip to the hilt without snapping them. You’d have to do pretty well to own one though. A lowly peasant would just have an axe or a spear.

I literally dreamt of this as a kid. What an incredible memory for him to have

Where did He find it? Was it at least stuck in a stone or something?

Seeing how democracy seems to be replaced by fascism by bloody billionaire oligarchs, maybe an aristocracy wouldn’t actually be worse…

    7. „The area the sword was found in – Hadeland – translates to „Land of the Warrior“ in Norwegian“

Well that’s just silly. We all know Hadeland means byeland.

    8. All hail king Henrik of Hadeland.

We’re actually in need of a new monarch soon, so the timing is impeccable.
