Would this not just create a demographic shift in Transnistria that would help any future Moldovian efforts to reintegrate the region?

Transnistria has just 555 000 inhabitants. They have maybe 150 000 healthy men of working age, of whom probably just thousands are stupid enough to risk their lives in a war where they would survive at most a few weeks. These numbers wont cause a shift in the war, they are just fodder to keep the war going for few days more. Russia has lost their war and they know it.
