russian official claims. Ha, good one. That’s about as reliable of a source as The Onion.
“Downed” as in taken out upon impact with the petroleum, military, and state security infrastructure waiting for them at ground level.

The Russians entered this war on the rather childish delusion that they were going to bomb everybody and nobody was going to bomb them..
When the day comes that Ukraine is sending drones into Moscow without this happening you know Russia is finished. The only place better defended are Putins palaces, Ukraine will be able to do whatever they want. They say they are building toward 20,000 manufactured a day, what do they care if they lose 100 attacking the best defended targets?
Which can’t be that far off considering Russia is apparently resorting to anti air defences from the 1960s
I am not sure people in Moscow are very happy with hearing sound of exploding drones over their heads, even if they don’t reach their intended targets.
Putin is right, war will finish. If this starts to be normalized in Moscow, it will not be sustainable politically.
