It was literally posted on the Russian telegram channels and they claimed they did it.

The UN is never going to take so much as even a non-binding act against the Russians. They can’t. This is by design.
The UN was created for one purpose – to prevent a third Great War. Its founders never considered that one of their own might try to start that war, against the others.
Is the UN stupid? If you tell Russia when and where you will be giving out aid, they don’t say „OK, go in peace.“ They are rapers and destroyers with no morals. You are just making yourself a target.
If i was a ukrainian/russian drone pilot i’d think its soldiers hiding behind a peacekeeper vehicle. Nobody’s safe in no mans land
