„In his post, Eric Trump said he has never been on the board of Alt5, has ‚zero business interests in China‘ and only joined the trip ‚as a loving son who adores my father.‘

„Psaki responded on her show on Friday, noting among other things, that Eric Trump was introduced as a board member of Alt5 during a Nasdaq opening bell ceremony in August last year.“

      […]

“It is my great pleasure to welcome Alt5 board member Eric Trump,” the announcer said in a clip that Psaki aired.

„Another clip shows Zack Witkoff, who alongside Eric Trump is one of the co-founders of the Trump family’s cryptocurrency business World Liberty Financial, which has earned the family hundred of millions of dollars. Witkoff was appointed chairman of Alt5 in August last year.

“I now want to welcome fellow board member and World Liberty co-founder, Eric Trump,” Witkoff said in the clip.

Trump supporters clearly love his business connections with communists, criminals, pedophiles. At the same time, Trump admits he doesn’t care about the finances of normal Americans.

This more sounds like Alt5 Sigma is having Eric act as a board member without shareholder approval, and Eric is panicking about it.

One of those shareholder ambulance chasers should be all over this. They’ll sue if someone in a company sneezes in the wrong direction and that causes the stock value to drop by $0.02.

    4. Just like I said in the other post… I’m sure everyone who was outraged about Hunter Biden’s access and proximity to the president is going to be as equally outraged about all of this… Right??

    5. Discovery’s gonna be a bitch. (Unless chickening out is a family trait and the lawsuit never comes to pass, of course.)

These people lie so effortlessly because they *do not care whether you know they are lying or not*. They are sociopaths , sure… but even sociopaths avoid easily disproved lies most of the time. The difference is that these cretins know they are insulated from any possible consequences of their actions.

They don’t worry about your opinion at all.

a White House spokesperson told the Financial Times that the president “only acts in the best interests of the American public”
But Trump said clearly 2 times that “I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation. I don’t think about anybody.“

I’m so tired of this “possible conflict of interest” bullshit. It’s just so completely obvious to anyone who isn’t blind or in a cult that these people are corrupt to the core. Hunter Biden would have been hanged.

People need to start counter suing the trumps for these phony law suits

    10. I love all the links being posted making it painfully obvious that Eric is lying through his teeth either then or now, but definitely lying.

    11. You have to remember we are not supposed to remember anything after two weeks.

    12. orcinyadders on

It’s pretty simple. They’ve become very comfortable with lying because there are no downsides for them. They don’t even have to grift for the money anymore. They just take it.

    13. Objective-Win on

Zach Witkoff. Of course the shitstain son of Steve is part of the grift. Trumps, Kushners, Ellisons, Witkoffs are all thick as thieves

The same folks who have been constantly crying about Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma for several years straight are very silent about this one for some reason.

    15. Since laws dont matter anymore. The next administration should just seize those companies assets/profits in the name of the American people.

    16. That’s the Trump way.

      1) Threaten to sue. This way your supporters assume the other person is lying. Why else would you sue?

      2) Actually sue when the other party stands firm. Again, appearances.

      3) Lose court case or have case thrown out because it’s all bullshit. Doesn’t matter, you already rang the bell. Your supporters will just stick with the „Yea and he sued them for lying“ narrative, completely ignoring the fact that it was tossed or hope the case being tossed never really makes headlines.

A lot of the idea is people will back down just because they don’t want to deal with paying lawyers to defend them. It’s literally how Trump was able to build most of his properties, or upgrade them. Hire a contractor, claim the contractor screwed up and not pay, or just straight up not pay. The contractor now faces the task of hiring a lawyer to sue knowing he will be going up against Trump who’s lawyers will delay the case as long as possible and drag it out to the point where it’s cheaper to just accept the loss than to continue pursuing a lawsuit against Trump.

    17. I’m so fucking tired of this passive voice reporting we get these days

Nobody has the balls to call a spade a spade

„Possibility of conflict of interest“, BITCH!! It absolutely is!!

We need some journalists with fucking integrity

    18. Desecrated_Potato on

I’m so sick of these people lying about EVERYTHING and not seeing any consequences for it

    19. SausageClatter on

The reason they lie so effortlessly is because they know their base will ONLY listen to them. They won’t listen to anyone they perceive as an enemy. And this is why more Republicans who admit they are tired of this need to call out their own party.

    20. Jellyfishcactus on

Weak. Fucking. Snowflakes. That’s all they have, “I’ll sue.” Reporters not only need to ask tough questions but they need to start calling a spade a spade to their faces.

    21. Eric will sue, make a big deal about it, then drop the suit just before discovery.

    22. tapdancinghellspawn on

The Trumps are nothing more than parasites in expensive clothes. They don’t create. They destroy. They feed off of others accomplishments. Pretty much how most billionaires are.

    23. I_like_baseball90 on

It’s incredible how the Trumps hate all the lawsuits against them but love to fling the „I’ll sue“ line about everything.

    24. geforce2187 on

Sometimes when I do something stupid I remember that Eric Trump exists and I feel a little better

    25. FoxBattalion79 on

right wing media played clips of „look at this photograph“ on instagram and tiktok where hunter biden was standing next to some ukrainian oil executive. they ALL thought it was a „gotcha“ and circulated for an entire year.

c’mon democrats, get your social media shit together. do not let them wiggle out of this. play the clip of nasdaq introducing eric trump on the board of directors of Alt5 all over social media so that everyone knows he’s a lying sack of shit just like his dad

    26. The Trumps are carnies, like their friends, the McMahons. That’s why Eric thinks people won’t remember his joining that one board last summer. Of course, the Trumps have zero shame, as well.
