Must be pretty loose definition for excercise for Finland to reach 71%.

Whatever Denmark does well, Finland and The Netherlands do it better

    4. In this map we see people lying on a questionnaire.
OR it might be a very lose definition of the word „exercise“ and or the word „regularly“

    5. Its odd to not have data on so many countries in Europe in a map of Europe.

I lived in Norway. I spent 3 months with a family in Switzerland. I rented out a room in my home to a Swiss couple for 6 years or so. I have rented out another room to a British man. And I have had many from Norway, Switzerland and England stay at my place for extended visits.

I know it is a small sample. But these people do have a tendency do things that include exercise every day. Instead of driving to the market one a week. They tend to walk the mile every day and buy a few items. Instead of firing up the chainsaw to trim in the garden they pick the hand saw ‚for the exercise of it‘.

And it would be interesting to have data from those countries here too. I am assuming they would all be in the green and dark green area. But I don’t know for sure.

Europe is smaller than I remember it. It’s like it had more countries before.

    7. The Portuguese don’t need that much exercise since it consumes less processed food, according to your recent map. 😁

I wonder how do people exercise in Finland. Is going to the gym a common thing to do ? For 70% result It must account for the elderly population. 70% is massive, I’m wondering If It’s true

I’m surprised France has such low obesity and such mediocre exercise. It shows how good their diet must me.

Us brits actually do exercise a lot. I’d love to see the numbers

I don’t mean to sound like a pendant but can we differentiate between the EU and Europe please. And I’m not just saying that cos I’m still salty the UK left the EU

    11. I’d really like to see Serbia because everyone here are so crazy about gym

    12. Understand UK isn’t part of the EU anymore, but why is it excluded from maps discussing Europe. Is this a survey conducted exclusively by the EU??
