The irony is that cannabis messes with your REM sleep. Not many people know that.

I’m surprised it’s that low. I don’t use it every night but there are a couple nights per week that I do: Sundays to make sure I sleep well for the start of the work week, one other night when I work late and I’m too overstimulated by bedtime, and then maybe one other night if I’m just chilling at home and want to vibe. The vast majority of people I know (different lifestyles/careers/etc) do similar.

5mg gummy an hour before bed has really helped me a lot for the last few years. However Ive recently stopped the thc and started taking magnesium and vitamin D3 supplements 2x/day instead as a little experiment. After a few days of adjustment, im sleeping really well, dreaming much more and it feel like i wake up faster. Im gonna stick with this for a while to see how it goes, and save the thc for just when i feel like being stoned. 41m here for reference.
And yeah put a zero after the four in that percentage in the title and id believe it more

And a much larger percentage just forgot to report it

A lot of people here apparently don’t get drug tested at work

So the other 80% use cannabis for something other than sleep?

This is the most unconvincing one yet. 4%? You’ve got to be kidding me.

65 here, it’s the difference between waking up multiple times during the night and one long deep sleep.

yeah I’d say about 4% of my cannabis use is for sleep

I quit smoking weed/hash after 15 years ,and the best part of quitting is surely the absolute bonkers dreams

That’s almost strange to hear for me, pot interrupts my sleep so wildly that it’s one of the things i hate about it
BackStabbathOG on
I don’t know if it aids my sleep but it does block out my dreams from me and I often have nightmares enough that I appreciate the weed although I’m not too sure it’s making it “better”

One of the reasons I use cannabis at night is to unwind, relax but mainly because otherwise I have extremely vivid dreams which I don’t enjoy. Any time I take a break they come back.

All I know is so do I and works for me!
I do it during the day to keep my mind limber

It’s much higher than that.
