If Russia is so great, Putin should be fine to just stay there the rest of his life. It would help if plenty of real countries stated they would block or arrest him if he tried to visit.
Bonus points if local Russia-friendly movements tried to invite Putin to their countries, such as if the GOP in the US invited Putin to speak in the US to CPAC or other chud organization.
