      This is called co-governance. The elected Parliament is not bound to get FNs say so to propose or pass legislation, the SCC has already ruled on this.

      It’s frustrating how difficult it is to complete major infrastructure or energy projects in this country due to regulatory gridlock and political infighting. Meanwhile, Trudeau’s comments about China’s ability to get projects done instantly feel increasingly relevant. Love him or hate him, his analysis is proving more correct with each passing headline.
