Russia has unleashed one of its most devastating co-ordinated air assaults in months on Ukraine, with strikes on civilian areas exposing a “double-tap” tactic designed to maximise casualties.
At least one person was killed in overnight strikes on Kyiv, with dozens injured and damage reported across six districts including a partially collapsed residential building early on Thursday morning.
Ukrainian officials said roughly 675 drones and 56 missiles were involved in the overnight phase, after a major daytime drone barrage on Wednesday.

675 drones is absolutely ridiculous. Its scary how much of modern warfare is conducted by this tech.
The article says “675 drones and 56 missiles”, but it doesn’t say how many were shot down by Ukraine. Judging from the results “at least one person was killed…with dozens injured”, I’d say a very high percentage.
Yeah….they’re gonna win this war by launching attacks that kill a few civilians.
Killing little girls will only strengthen Ukraine’s will to fight.
It will take Ukraine 1 day to adapt to this cowardly type of attack and respond with attacks that mean something on the battlefield.
