sometimes i think i should dump all my morals and ethics and become a scam artist. MAGA are so fucking dumb, it’s like shooting fish in a bucket.
I just don’t understand the need for him to continue these small scams like phones, commemorative plates, sneakers, when he is making so much more money in market manipulation, foreign bribes, crypto scams and self dealing.
If you and I scammed people the same way, we’d probably get prison time. For orangeman it’s just another tuesday. No accountability, no consequences. Again and again and again.
I guarantee they took the money from the deposits and put it on some Kalshi bet they had some insider information on and made way more money off of it than they received and then when they eventually say they aren’t making the phones anymore, they’ll issue out the refunds.
They are just so thoughtful, not refunding more for not producing a phone you collected about 60 million dollars for definitely isn’t fraudulent in any way whatsoever except if you apply the definition of fraud to this particular instance.
And they would still give him more money and vote for him again if given the chance.

I’m no lawyer but I did take two semesters of business law and it should theoretically be an instant win in arbitration or in a class action. Two elements appear missing for this to be a valid contract, consideration and a meeting of the minds. Since Trump’s not obligated to deliver anything consideration is out the window, and since Trump got to rewrite the contract without the other party agreeing or having a say, meeting of the minds is out too.
That said I’m sure Trump’s very skilled at blowing smoke, kicking up sand and dragging out any settlement. It took years for Trump University to work its way through.
