Actually – are the numbers you’re looking at – total issued – do these account for renewals? I’d wager 50% or more of those are renewals.

The purple and the note are a nice touch. The bright color choice reads as a very honest way of handling a data issue. Seems like a genuinely very difficult thing to measure.

Why do people use such small font size for the labels? There is no reason for it, there is plenty of space along the axes.

Like.. how do people operate without passport even? I cant do shit in public offices without first showing my passport with photo of me (we use ID cards now, but its same document). Sometimes my driving license also works.

I’d assume a lot are cruise coasters. Not a real passport worthy of travel. imho. but to each their own. 😉
