I love all metro systems and love travelling just to see them, but I always find Prague’s to be the absolute best one.
Sure, we do not have a lot of stations or lines like in Paris or London, but I just love the unique and beautiful designs for all stations, the high frequency of the trains, and the general reliability of the system. I also like the fact that the entire system is actually underground (except for Depo Hostivař).
You can buy the tile btw… 😃
Controversial take, but I just find Prague metro dark and depressing. Not to mention the ever-present marble just looks permanently dirty.
Yes, the A line does look very cool, I do like this from artistic perspective, but as a user of the metro, I don’t like it at all. The photos are very nice.
