The country’s with millenials as largest generation are very lucky. (Aging population)

    2. When one has five more years than the other two, it’s probably going to be bigger…

Sorry if this is stupid but Does the rest of the world use the same naming conventions for generations as the US?

    4. millennials being all in their 30s and 40s and still represented with the picture of a baby lol

Thought millenials went from 1981 to 1996? Everyone seems to list different time frames

Dude Millenials are not babies. I wonder what Gen Z would be represented by in a chart like this?

Baby boomers is an American thing. Not every country thrived economically after World War 2.

On nice, GenX getting shortchanged again by shaving off a year. GenX is 1965-1980, with Millennials starting in 1981 and going to at least 1995. This map is flawed.

    9. If this map is current millennials and gen z are fucked. Even in 2026 there are still more boomers than millennials? Damm

    10. So a 20 year range for boomers then 14 for the other two and are surprised the 20 year range has more people.

    11. It’s such an issue that every political party is making their agenda based on boomers wishes bxmecause it’s the biggest voter group and thus ignore other generations challenges and solutions to solve today and future issues.

Bruhhhhh, why is the millennial generation always so inconsistent? Is it 94? 95? 96? Or 97? cut off

    13. Sweden clearly sees the effects of its more liberal immigration policy until 5-8 years ago.

I hate this American export of „generation names“, and applying it to rest of the word, as if each country does not have its own history, problems and different demographics.

    15. What? I’m Gen X, there are hardly any of us about. And we get forgotten all the time.

Belarus has had an atrocious birth rate and not much immigration so the millennial stat is surprising. the boomers there die earlier because of alcoholism most likely

    17. It’s a mixed picture for Spain.
The largest age group is the baby boomers, but our baby boom came later

      | Birth years | Approx. age today | % of Spain’s population |
      | ———– | —————– | ———————– |
      | 1944–1964 | 61–81 years old | ~20–21% |
      | 1965–1979 | 46–60 years old | ~22–23% |
      | 1980–1994 | 31–45 years old | ~20–21% |

The largest of the three cohorts is usually the 1965–1979 group, since it includes a large part of Spain’s “baby boom” generation as well as Generation X.

Excuse me, how can you depict millennials as babies in 2026? We are fucking 30 years old
