It’s been like that for months. Noticed it while visiting Kolla
I don’t know but perhaps of you go in the store and say you need to use it they may remove the barriers for you. I think it’s there to prevent cars parking there that don’t need to charge (but I could be wrong)
Also two bays but can only charge one car at a time?!
How does this type of chargers work though? You simply attach them to you car, pay and wait?
