Kudos to ABC/Disney! Silencing the media is one of the single most effective ways that a fascist government takes power. A major US network founded 83 years ago in the middle of WWII when we were fighting the Nazis, should absolutely be putting up a fight against the exact same authoritarianism.
Because the FCC has no case. The equal time act in no way at all applies to The View.
Because when they capitulated last time, people were dropping Disney and Hulu subscriptions like crazy. I still haven’t resubscribed either, but I might now.
