(Schwedische) Regierung unterbricht neues Stromkabel nach Dänemark nach EU-Konflikt

Apparently, the advantages were disproportionate to *rest of EU* rather than Sweden. How similar is this to the situation in Norway? Of course excluding oil and gas pipelines.
