Kumpel, die Luftqualitätsspitzen in letzter Zeit sind größtenteils auf Saharastaub zurückzuführen, der über das Mittelmeer weht, und nicht darauf, dass Malta plötzlich vergessen hat, wie Luft funktioniert. Sie können sich über Überentwicklung und Umweltverschmutzung beschweren, ohne jeden staubigen Tag so zu tun, als würde die Regierung Sie persönlich angreifen.

I just had a look out of the window and cranes are still there. Excavator sounds there too. So is overdevelopment I guess.
Damn those people in Tunisia shaking out their carpets in direction of Malta
One can easily compare the air quality of Malta with that of North Africa and South Italy and Sicily to realise that it is in fact dust coming from the Sahara, not pollution. If anything, Malta’s air quality is better than South of Italy’s right now.
