      What a fucking creep I’m delighted he was named. And also the child was not known to lacey. Fuck me he went looking for her. In cases like this the man should have to go a few rounds with the victims father to restore some justice

      Mr Murphy asked the court to consider the contents of a psychological report, which states his client denies any sexual attraction to children and is assessed at low risk of re-offending.

      He submitted that there is a **“striking absence of red flags“** which the court may see in other similar cases. (?!)

      He asked the court not to impose an immediate custodial sentence.

      The courts are by far and away the biggest thing wrong with this country, they are in the gutter with the dirt bags of society, there is something seriously wrong when they clearly view the behavior of reprobates and peados as something so almost normal that they can dole out a slap on the wrist like they are dealing with some sort of run of the mill petty criminal. We need a citizens assembly to reform the judicial system.

      Not to out myself but I dated him in the past and I’m absolutely shocked and feel so fucking ill. I feel even more disgusting because I was SA’d as a child and I opened up to him about it.

      When we were together he told me that he was into DDLG, dominating daddy, little girl play or w/e tf that is called and I remember saying no because it hit to close to home. I always found the whole DDLG thing weird and disturbing but this takes it to a whole other level, I’m actually in shock.

      Everyone else involved that allowed this to happen should be locked up for just as long as this fucking pedo is. Judge Sinéad Ní Chúlacháin should be made to go on a talk show and take the public through her step by step thought process.

      My granny and granda died when I was young, I haven’t any previous red flags and don’t have any addiction issues (???), I’m 3 for 3 there so guess I’m free to touch up a child and have 0 repercussions for it?

      Any judge that is repeatedly giving out lenient sentences to child abusers and should have all of their electronic devices confiscated and examined immediately!

      I don’t understand how the offenders childhood is a relevant mitigating factor for him to feel up a random 6 year old girl he doesn’t know.

      This is the first time he was caught clearly.
