Make them nervous, have them move tons of AD into Moscow, then hit every key facility far away from Moscow you can. Show that Putin can’t protect anyone.

The parade is a symbol of historical military prowess (we won against the mighty Wehrmacht) and an encouragement (all the sacrifices were worth it, and will be again!).
Cancelling the parade would be a signal of weakness (we are afraid of a Ukrainian strike within Moscow), but so would be a successful strike on the parade (we should be afraid of an Ukrainian strike within Moscow!).
Putin is in a dilemma with this vulnerability and tries to smooth-talk the Ukrainians into some ceasefire to gain some diplomatic protection for his perception of power.
