Two things are true at once:
1. RFK presents a clear and present danger to public welfare and is gonna get a lot of people killed over the coming years.
2. This article is fear mongering. The Andes hantavirus has much less airborn survival than covid, requires closer contact, has a much longer incubation period and doesn’t transmit among asymptomatic patients.

I’ve joked about it with my wife but also got enough info from an epidemiologist that pointed out that covid has a 20% contact infection rate where Hanta has a 2% infection rate. It’s funny to say, „Here we go again!“ vs reality.
