Absolutely Insane… with less than 5 hours notice…

Must be insane for the boys…. the last time they were in Mexico as 7 was for KCON in 2017 (so 9 years ago) and the last time they were on a tour there was in 2015 so 11 years ago…. so to come back as 7 after a 4 year hiatus and be greeted like this must be an insane feeling. You could see from some of their reactions they were shocked.

It took me a second to see that that was two photos stitched together, and the scale was defeating me.

(Giants on the balcony, greeting a massive crowd of ants!)

  3. If this is how it is filled just by greeting them, how will the concert be filled tomorrow? 😭

The president said it was 50k people?!

I’ve been to this plaza and it is indeed a giant space, it looked more than half filled. Insane.

This for a few hours notice is crazy. It’s been years and sometimes I still can’t believe it. Truly, my forever seven. Or the forever seven.

  7. i think the fans had less than 5 hours notice as well! army always showing up for bts🫶🏼

  8. I love how palpable, even via pics and video, the energy and excitement is. I hope ARMY and BTS have a fun and safe set of shows in Mexico City!

The scale of that crowd is insane, it’s reminding me of when the royals would greet the crowd from outside Buckingham palace, except in this case it’s 7 Korean men greeting the crowd in Mexico? This just puts into a visual perspective of how their impact manages to cross entire continents and it’s absolutely wild when you think about it.

When you see this , you understand how small that echo chamber is…merely anything in front of this…

  12. Man, all the hate trains with huge twt likes in the past 4 years suddenly look so silly. People really tried so hard to cancel them, and we know why, because everybody knows how powerful BTS is as a group.

The photos and videos coming out from this (especially the hooligan one) are wild!! I really forget that bts are global superstars sometimes and not just 7 guys who like playing foot volleyball.

  14. I’ve seen many discussion among armys saying that Claudia is just using them but even if she is, the guys seemed genuinely happy and honored to be there. I found so sweet when they started recording the crowd.

    I’m proud of them 💜

Saw someone make a gif of the balcony moment with a B&W filter on it, and it truly feels like footage for one of those biopics you get of legendary artists decades after their peak. We really are witnessing history being made everyday with BTS 💜

I wonder if people around here will finally believe me when I say BTS are huge in Latam… They could easily sell out millions of tickets in this part of the world and I’m not exaggerating.

This is the definition of „global superstar“.
